Daffodil Day has a long-standing association with supporting cancer causes and raising funds to improve outcomes for people affected by cancer. This year, community members can show their support locally through a special fundraiser on Thursday 20 August, featuring daffodils from Renato’s Florist, Daffodil Day biscuits from Northend Bakehouse and Peter Halliday’s Forever Daffodil.

With all proceeds supporting the I Care for Cancer Care @ GV Health Appeal, every dollar raised will stay in our region and contribute to the development of a fully integrated cancer centre at GV Health’s Shepparton site.

Items will be available for purchase from the GV Health main entrance foyer and Renato’s Florist in Wyndham Street. By getting involved, the community can help support better cancer care closer to home for local patients and families.
