All funds raised at the Ladies Who Lunch event will support women’s oncology services at Goulburn Valley Health.

Come dressed for fun with a touch of spring glamour!
The event is at Riverlinks Eastbank, 70 Welsford Street Shepparton. Entry is via the main door on Welsford Street. There is parking at the venue, but why not consider leaving the car at home? The event starts at 12 noon, with the doors opening from 11.30am.
Our wonderful committee members will greet you at the door to check your ticket, tick your name off the list and provide you with your glass of champagne on arrival, then you can head to your table. There will be large posters placed at the doorways listing your name and table number.
Ladies Who Lunch 2025 is a cashless event so please bring along debit/credit cards to make payments for drinks, raffle tickets and auction prizes.
We have so many things organised for you! We don’t want to give too much away right now, but to give you a sample, the day will include:
- Emcee’ing by actress, writer and comedian, Tegan Higginbotham
- Entertainment by comedian, Denise Scott
- Guest speakers
- A delicious 3 course meal
- A full bar for you to purchase additional drinks from if you wish
- An online auction – this will be live 2 weeks prior to the event
- A live auction
- Chance to buy raffle tickets and raffle draw – raffle Tickets will be available to purchase from 1 October

The Ladies Who Lunch event finishes at Riverlinks Eastbank at 4pm, and then the after-party kicks off at the Aussie Hotel!

1. General Entry
This is a ticketed event. All guests must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.
Doors open at 11:30am. Seating is allocated.
Late arrival may affect your access to all components of the program.
2. Age Restriction
This is an 18+ event. No minors will be admitted, including infants.
ID may be requested at the door.
3. Refunds & Transfers
Tickets are non-refundable, except as required by law or in the case of event cancellation.
Tickets may be transferred to another guest. Please notify organisers in advance if transferring tickets.
4. Alcohol Consumption
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) principles apply.
Guests showing signs of intoxication may be refused service or asked to leave.
Outside alcohol is not permitted.
5. Dietary Requirements
All dietary requirements must be submitted by the RSVP date. While all reasonable efforts will be made, we cannot guarantee against allergen exposure.
6. Event Changes & Cancellation
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event program, venue, or timing if necessary.
In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be offered.
7. Accessibility
The venue is wheelchair accessible. Please advise of any specific access needs prior to the event.
8. Photography & Media
Photographs and video may be taken at the event for promotional use. By attending, you consent to your image being used unless you notify us in writing before the event.
9. Raffle & Fundraising Participation
Raffle tickets may only be purchased by persons aged 18+.
Raffle draw will take place on the day, and winners will be contacted if not present.
10. COVID-19 & Public Health
Guests are asked not to attend if unwell or experiencing symptoms.
The event will adhere to public health guidelines in place at the time.
