Time: 11:30am – 4:00pm

Presented by: The Ladies Who Lunch Committee and GV Health Foundation

1. General Entry

  • This is a ticketed event. All guests must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.
  • Doors open at 11:30am. Seating is allocated.
  • Late arrival may affect your access to all components of the program.

 

2. Age Restriction

  • This is an 18+ event. No minors will be admitted, including infants.
  • ID may be requested at the door.

 

3. Refunds & Transfers

  • Tickets are non-refundable, except as required by law or in the case of event cancellation.
  • Tickets may be transferred to another guest. Please notify organisers in advance if transferring tickets.

 

4. Alcohol Consumption

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) principles apply.
  • Guests showing signs of intoxication may be refused service or asked to leave.
  • Outside alcohol is not permitted.

 

5. Dietary Requirements

  • All dietary requirements must be submitted by the RSVP date. While all reasonable efforts will be made, we cannot guarantee against allergen exposure.

 

6. Event Changes & Cancellation

  • The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event program, venue, or timing if necessary.
  • In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be offered.

 

7. Accessibility

  • The venue is wheelchair accessible. Please advise of any specific access needs prior to the event.

 

8. Photography & Media

  • Photographs and video may be taken at the event for promotional use. By attending, you consent to your image being used unless you notify us in writing before the event.

 

9. Raffle & Fundraising Participation

  • Raffle tickets may only be purchased by persons aged 18+.
  • Raffle draw will take place on the day, and winners will be contacted if not present.

 

10. COVID-19 & Public Health

  • Guests are asked not to attend if unwell or experiencing symptoms.
  • The event will adhere to public health guidelines in place at the time.
