We sincerely thank Rotary Club of Shepparton Central for their fundraising efforts at today’s Annual Charity Golf Day 2024 as well as major sponsor- SpecSavers and Gold Sponsors- Quicklift and Hot and Cold Shop and Silver Sponsor- Shepparton Jaguar and VW.
Funds raised at the event will go towards postgraduate nursing scholarships that will aid in training nurses to work in areas such as the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department.
GV Health chief executive Matt Sharp expressed his gratitude towards Rotary Club of Shepparton Central and the community members that participated and donated.
“The amazing thing is that the Rotary Club of Shepparton Central goes from strength to strength every year and we’re really thrilled with how much the community, sponsors and Rotary are able to donate to GV Health.
“The money donated is put towards scholarships for postgraduate staff to learn specialist skills and knowledge to provide important care, treatment and services to patients at GV Health and we thank everyone for their generosity,” he said.
